I have spent years working with families and educators supporting children with differences and/or behavioral needs. What I know is that, most often, it starts with the adult. All children want to do their very best, but cannot always get there. As a parent of a human who has autism, dyslexia, ADHD, and aphantasia, as well as an educator and school leader who has mentored others in this realm, I am happy to coach educators with specific needs, or create workshops for whole groups.

Working with children requires a strong partnership with families. At times, this can be challenging or may feel daunting to educators. I offer individual coaching working with specific situations, as well as workshops on how to conduct home visits, family-teacher conferences, family education events, and building strong relationships with families in the classroom.
