Let’s face it, school leaders are often the unsung heroes of the school.  With duties that range from mentoring teachers, maintaining files, holding accountability to regulatory organizations, managing schedules, billing and enrollment, touring and family meetings, emails (and more emails), plunging toilets, and so much more, the work can be overwhelming and unending.  Through all of this, leaders “bring the weather” and must maintain positivity and calm so that their teams can feel supported and successful.  This is a big ask.

With over a decade of experience in early childhood school leadership, as well as training and education in good leadership practices, I am here to support and think deeply with school leadership teams to see how the load might be lessened and shared.  This collaborative process is individually focused on the specific needs of the school and its leadership team.
